Take the First Step

Where to Start?

Take that first step and get started with your online business.

Doesn’t matter whether you want just a little bit of “extra” money, or you really do want to run your own biz.

In these days of information overload it seems as if paralysis by analysis is becoming more and more prevalent.

That’s really too bad.

For thousands of years the process has been the same.

  1. Find something that someone wants or needs (in today’s world, copywriters understand wants trump needs, until need becomes urgent or life-threatening).
  2. Figure out a way to either purchase or create that product.
  3. Make it available to the potential buyer and advertise it so others may purchase it from you.
  4. Of course you could also put it out there and give it away ;-).

That’s the basics.

Of course, the most important part is always the beginning!

Without the beginning there is no next step.

The “let’s see what happens” step doesn’t exist.

No “let’s give it a go” step either.

It’s impossible to do the “let’s try a different headline”, or any other step along the way.

The Next Step Depends …

That first one is absolutely the most important one, but it’s never the last one.

All of the ‘next steps’ depend on where you are in your journey and they are all the very depenent on where you are at that moment

But do not let paralysis by analysis be the reason you’re not where you want to be.

Don’t worry about your perceived ‘need’ to see the entire map before moving either.

Take that first step and get started!

Once you’ve taken that first step, you may gain a bit of confidence.

This confidence creates and reinforces the “I Can Do This” mindset.

Which usually leads to better things all around you.

P.S.  So, Once you have the beginning running well and have worked out some of the kinks, then the next part of the journey usually presents itself.  It’s up to you to decide where to go from there.
